The 1-10 Carolina Panthers could be getting at least a little bit of help to their roster as former first round pick, cornerback Jaycee Horn, has been activated after missing almost all of the season with hamstring injury.
ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported Saturday morning a day before Carolina’s game at Tampa Bay that Horn is being activated while his status is unknown for that Buccaneers matchup. Here was that news, which Fowler tweeted out:
“Sources: The Panthers are activating cornerback Jaycee Horn, who has been out since Week 1 with a severe hamstring issue. While still unclear whether he’ll play Sunday, the former top-10 pick is off IR and available.”
Definitely a positive update for Horn and the Panther defense.
